CrossFit Training: Our main program is CrossFit, a functional fitness program that features high intensity workouts, scalable to your abilities. Visit our dedicated Workout of the Day Blog. All workouts are scaled down for beginners. No treadmills, no weight machines, no step aerobics. If you want to read a magazine while you work out, we are not the place for you. We believe in workouts that include functional movement at high intensity with constant variety. CrossFit is the preferred conditioning program for law enforcement, fire departments, and military units across the United States...and because your needs vary from theirs only in degree, it will work for you, too  Common questions: Why not just do your workouts at home? What you are getting when you join RMKM & CF is a coach, with out the high fees of a personal trainer. You not only get someone helping you motivate, but coaching you on form and technique. You will also get more of the "CrossFit feel" by joining our small group classes. I'm out of shape,should I get in shape first? We will help you get into shape by doing our 12 foundation workouts, before you jump into the workout of the day. Then we will show you ways to scale the workouts as your fitness progress.
